About Melissa L George

Melissa L George received her BBA from Georgia State University in 1994 and began her financial planning practice in 1997.  After working for several large firms, Melissa L. George & Associates, LLC was established in 2006 serving Metro Atlanta area and smaller offices throughout the US.

Melissa holds multiple licenses in multiple states and is pursuing her CFP certification from the University of GA, Terry College of Business [2012].

Melissa serves as Resident Financial Advisor for Women About Biz and First Vice President of the Lake Oconee Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She also serves on the imaging ministry at Berean Christian Church in Lithonia, GA.
